E’ stato bello sapere che ci fosse qualcuno disposto ad aiutarti nella vita di tutti i giorni… da un invito a pranzo, a un passaggio in macchina, dal preoccuparsi di lasciarti tornare a casa di notte e invitarti a restare a dormire a un intero trasferimento della tua roba da casa a casa…Nella mia ‘esperienza inglese’ sono queste piccole cose che hanno fatto la differenza.
It was great to know that there was somebody willing to help you in everyday life, from inviting you for lunch to giving you a lift by car, from worrying about you going back home at night and inviting you to stay overnight to moving all your stuff from one house to another…In my ‘English experience’ these small things have made a difference.
